Established over 100 years ago in El Paso, W Silver Recycling is one of the largest ferrous and non-ferrous metal recyclers in the United States. With operations across the U.S. and Mexico, the company processes and ships recycled metals, supporting manufacturing and industrial supply chains worldwide.

Before adopting Evotix, W Silver supported safety and equipment reporting through manual processes. Managers and supervisors collected information using spreadsheets, emails and phone calls, sharing updates once incidents, hazards or equipment issues were identified.

This approach reflected the way many industrial organizations operated at the time and worked at an individual site level. Information entered into the system can be used to generate OSHA 300 and 300A logs by site. This reduces the manual effort previously required to prepare compliance documentation and helps teams stay audit-ready throughout the year.
