Evotix to Represent SAI360’s Full Suite of EHS&S Software Solutions

Earlier last year, SAI360 finalized its purchase of Evotix, a leading global technology company transforming how employees engage in workplace health and safety. Since then, we have been working diligently to streamline our operations and maximize the potential of this new venture.

As part of our strategy, we are integrating the EHS&S division of SAI360 with Evotix.  Moving forward, the “Evotix” brand will lead communications in relation to EHS and sustainability solutions, while the SAI360 brand will continue to define the GRC and Learning platforms. Evotix will represent SAI360’s full suite of EHS&S solutions in the market. 

Leveraging the combined expertise of both businesses, Evotix will deliver an end-to-end EHS&S solution and service for the mid-market through to the global enterprise with an intense focus that will greatly benefit all customers. Additional synergies will be gained for technology development and customer support. The expanded capabilities position Evotix to support customers of all sizes, in all industries, in every region of the world. 

Earlier this year, SAI360 was recognized as a “Leader” in Verdantix’s Green Quadrant 2023 EHS Software Report. Evotix was named a “Leader” in the Verdantix 2023 EHS Software Mid-Market Green Quadrant (GQ) Outtake.
