    Evotix are committed to protecting your privacy. Before providing us with any of your details, please read the following important information which concerns the protection of your personal data.

    Collection of personal data

    We use website monitoring software to allow analysis of use of our website, on it's own this is not personal data. if you wish to access some parts of our website, e.g. downloading certain documents or making a contact request, we may need to collect personal data from you and this may be combined with the analysis data (which then becomes personal data) to help us understand your needs. We will hold and process any personal data which you provide via the site or by submitting emails and/or online forms for our own internal business purposes.

    As part of marketing activities, third parties may be used to process your personal data. These third parties are working under signed agreements as Sub-Processors within our systems, processing data on our behalf for the same purposes listed below. We will not sell your personal information to third parties, or allow third parties to use your information for their own purposes.

    E-Mail Marketing

    Ingenium-IDS Ltd (Registered in England and Wales Company No 05420870) are registered with the Direct Marketing Association and provide Evotix with data for the purposes of email marketing. Ingenium-IDS collate and validate Corporate Subscriber data through internet and telephone research and collate public sector data from readily available online sources and validate these details by telephone. In accordance with the terms of the UK Data Protection Act (1998), Evotix will not sell or otherwise provide your contact details to anyone. All email communication to contacts held within our database includes a clearly visible link to opt out and unsubscribe from all future mailings.

     


     

    Cookies and IP addresses

    We may collect information through our website by using cookies and IP addresses. All information collected by means of cookies or IP addresses will be anonymized, aggregated and only used to develop and track traffic patterns and the volume of use of our website.

    Evotix has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data, maintain personal data accuracy, ensure correct use of information, and secure any personal data we collect online.     Evotix reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at anytime without prior notice. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we undertake to post any changes on this page so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Therefore, you should check the Privacy Policy each and every time you access the website. The Evotix Privacy Policy was last updated on 29 October 2021.     Call Recording

    As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers, we record telephone calls answered in our offices. This helps us to identify ways that we can provide you with a better service. We record calls:

    • for staff training purposes, helping us to improve the quality of our customer service and to ensure the information we provide is consistent and accurate
    • for reporting on the types and numbers of enquiries we receive
    • so we can find ways to simplify our service to you, and
    • to ensure we have an accurate record of your call, which may be needed to support any transactions that take place over the phone and/or if there is a dispute.

     

    We understand your personal information is important and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Call recordings and details of the call (e.g. phone number) are stored by our Phone Service Provider which is based in the USA. The Contract in place with our processor requires that they fully comply with GDPR and ensure that appropriate Technical and Organisational measures are in place to protect the data. The recordings are stored securely for a minimum of 12 months after the date of the call and destroyed after this period. You can request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you. Unless we have a lawful reason for withholding this information we will provide you with access.
